Licensed Therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, and relationships

I am an active, skills-based therapist with more than a decade of experience and training in evidence-based therapy approaches that help my clients get “unstuck” and take control of their lives.

I work primarily with adults who are burdened with stress, anxiety and relationship issues, and with parents who feel helpless as they witness their children struggle with anxiety and OCD.

As your therapist, I want you to love more and worry less. I want you to kick anxiety to the curb so you can build more peaceful, connected relationships and live your best life.

 FAQs

  • My practice is 100% telehealth at this time. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, with the added benefits of convenience and comfort!

  • Currently, I am in network with Aetna. For most other insurance providers I am considered “out of network,” which means you would pay me directly and submit a receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you have any questions about insurance payment or reimbursement, please email me with information about your current insurance plan, and I’m happy to answer any questions you have.

  • I charge $225 for a 60 minute initial assessment and consultation, and $200 for subsequent 50 minute individual or couples sessions.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance—or who are not using insurance—an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including mental health care.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.

    • You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate in writing before you schedule a service or at any time.

    • If you schedule a session, you will receive a written estimate of the expected costs for services.

    • The estimate will include the total expected cost of services for a given period (such as weekly sessions for a year).

    • The Good Faith Estimate is not a bill. Your actual costs may vary depending on your needs and treatment plan.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
