Hi, I’m Taylor.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist as well as a daughter, wife, and mom of two young kids. I’ve been there (I’m still here!) and I know how hard it can be. I also know the strength and resilience that resides in all of us — and I love working with my clients to find that strength within themselves.
My clients would say that I’m warm, accepting and non-judgmental. I am able to make them feel fully seen and understood, and yet also challenge them to grow and change.

I practice relational therapy, whether I see you as an individual, or as part of a couple or family. I believe that our experiences in past relationships plays a large role in defining who we are and how we interpret our world. I also believe that the quality of our present relationships significantly impacts our level of happiness and sense of fulfillment.
I don't subscribe to a one-size fits all approach to therapy. I am experienced in a wide range of therapeutic techniques and bring a creative, solution-oriented approach to my work. My goal is to create a safe, warm and accepting space from which I help guide you to a higher level of self-awareness and potential for growth. I will support you when you need it most, challenge you when you are ready, and use humor where it helps to ease your burden. -
