Therapy groups allow you a unique space to connect with others facing similar challenges where you can benefit from diverse perspectives, encouragement, and empathy. Together, we'll explore new insights, build coping strategies, and create lasting connections that amplify your personal development.
Groups are scheduled on an on-going basis and based on interest. If you’re interested in joining a future group, please let me know!
